How To Be A Successful Leader

The videos I
watched on the site before taking the test were about how a successful leader.
I watched multiple videos explaining what it was to be a successful leader and
how to become one. One of the videos explained how being a successful leader
requires a good team to work together in synergy. A leader needs to have a team who are willing
to work together to overcome odds. A successful leader also needs to be
confident in himself and must be willing to take risks, because a whole team is
depending on you and looking to you for guidance. A leaders top priority is the
goal; he and his team must reach their goal with whatever means necessary; he
should reach that goal in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Reflection:
The videos I
watched taught me a lot about being a successful leader and what it takes to
become one, but it also opened my eyes to the huge responsibilities leaders
have to take on. A lot of people depend on the leader; it could range from the
team, coach, or possibly thousands of fans. Having to deal with that pressure
and still being able to do your job efficiently amazes me. However that doesn’t
mean that behind a leader is bad and all about pressure. It can be a very
rewarding experience and the leader is the one who would be praised the most if
the team is successful.
